Odours :

Dirt stains, caused in the production workshop for example.
Grease stains due to incorrect setting of sewing machines.

 Washing collection prototypes and templates
At the end of the fashion shows or press presentations, we wash and restore your.collection prototypes and templates.

Pencil marks :

Traces of marking carried out by the garment workshop.

In principle these marks disappear easily under the action of a steam jet.
However, depending on the type of pencil used, they can come back in the cold. In this case, stain removal with water or full machine washing may be required.

Colour bleeding and fixing :

Washing with an additive to fix colours.

Softening :

After a dye or preparation treatment, your garments may look stiff.
Washing with a fabric softener will give them a softer look and make them more comfortable to wear.

Waterproofing :

Washing with a special additive will restore your items’ original waterproof properties (trench coats, mackintoshes, etc.). Carrying out the water drop test on garments is a foolproof way of putting waterproof properties to the test.

 A perfectly controlled washing process
In all cases, your items are washed on the reverse side on a suitable washing programme (systematically tested on a few items before washing the set). Depending on the composition of your articles, light drying may be carried out in a drum dryer, but in all cases the final drying is carried out in the open air.
During the finishing phase, after drying, we complete the service with ironing or uncreasing, either in the tunnel or on a mannequin.
At the end of the process, your item will be like new, and your customers won’t even be able to tell that it has been washed.

Leather garments :

Leather garments are cleaned with a damp cloth. And, if necessary, a cleaning product specifically for leather is applied.
